In 2008 Charles Scoville was unemployed. During the height of the global economic crisis finding a job was very difficult. Charles searched everywhere to find a job. He interviewed for jobs he was qualified for, but the number of job openings were few. He was advised more than once the positions were filled, but that he was a match and he should try again in 6 months.
